Trey King

Trey King is a real estate professional with Birdsong Real Estate serving Brazoria County and the surrounding Gulf Coast region. A Southern Brazoria County native, born and raised in the area, Trey brings deep local knowledge and a strong connection to the community he serves. Specializing in residential and commercial real estate, he works with buyers, homeowners, investors, and business owners to navigate real estate transactions with confidence and clarity.

Raised in a family rooted in agriculture and community service, Trey brings practical insight to land and rural properties as well as commercial opportunities throughout the Brazosport area. He frequently assists clients with land evaluation, development potential, and site selection, helping buyers and investors understand how properties can be positioned for both immediate use and long-term value.

In addition to his real estate practice, Trey is a licensed Property Tax Consultant (PTC), giving him additional expertise in property valuation and taxation that can benefit property owners and investors alike. This background allows him to better advise clients on how property taxes impact real estate ownership and investment decisions.

Trey is actively involved in both his local community and the broader real estate industry. He serves as a City Council-appointed Commissioner on the Keep Lake Jackson Beautiful Commission, where he helps plan city beautification initiatives, and provide insight into ongoing grant-funded programs to support Lake Jackson’s reputation as The City of Enchantment. He also serves on the Houston Association of Realtors Government Affairs Advisory Group, where he works with regulators, legislators, and industry leaders to review policy issues affecting property owners to effectively advocate for responsible development and strong private property rights across the Houston region.

A parishioner of St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Lake Jackson and an active member of the Knights of Columbus, Trey values strong relationships, integrity, and service in both his professional and personal life.
